Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the db999 platform, including the website at db999.asia, the db999 mobile application, and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of db999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Deposits & Withdrawals

DB999 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on db999 are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by the platform.

The minimum deposit at db999 is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. DB999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal requests at db999 are processed within 5 to 15 minutes on average during normal operating conditions. DB999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the db999 account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• DB999 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review.
• Deposits made using bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• DB999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside db999's control.

Gameplay Rules

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, db999 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability
